1.Product
Made by Soft Gel: SHANGMENG® created these acrylic press on nails entirely through a handmade 6-layer process (soft gel tip, base gel, color gel, pattern, double-layer gel finish). The colors and patterns are made with gel polish instead of being printed with ink. You can get our salon-like nails in 5 minutes! They are natural fit, durable and reusable.

The great thing about SHANGMENG® nails is that they are available in many different sizes. Our kits that come with 32 nails include 16 different sizes. You can shape all the nails to your preference so that it fits perfectly. In addition, our nail widths range from 6.2mm to 15.01mm.
Since we use advanced double-layer gel finishing technology, normally the paint will not fall off. But if you have filed the edgeand, it is recommended to apply a layer of topcoat from the surface to the edge and cure it under UV light for 30-60 seconds.
We only publish safety or certification claims when the documentation matches the finished product, materials, date, and test scope. If a document does not cover that exact claim, we leave the claim out of the FAQ and product data.
It depends on yourself:
- If you want to get more than 14 days long lasting, we recommend using nail glue and adhesive tabs together.
- If you want to change the design every week, we recommend using nail glue.
- Adhesive tab are more suitable for various activities and date nights.
Here are some tips!
- Use the glue in our kit, apply evenly.
- Don't apply the nail parallel to your nail.
- Press firmly from the cuticle to the tip at a 45 degree angle and hold down for 30 seconds.
With this technique you could apply press on nails without bubbles!
SHANGMENG® press-ons apply without a UV lamp. For chemical-screening documentation, our About page displays an SGS REACH SVHC test report for nail glue dated July 13, 2020, with a PASS summary for the submitted sample. For gentler wear, match your size carefully, prep clean nails, and remove the set slowly instead of pulling it off.
2.Shipping
We ship worldwide. If for any reason we are unable to deliver to your location, our customer service agent at service@shangmengnails.com will contact you via email.
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day.
- For mainland U.S. orders, Standard delivery is based on 10–14 calendar days after order.
- Priority Shipping — carrier reference: 5–9 business days in transit (from carrier pickup). Available at checkout.
- Free shipping applies to eligible orders over $25 USD after discounts.
Delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, weekends, and holidays; deliveries to remote or long-haul destinations may take longer. At checkout, enter your delivery address to see the shipping options and estimated delivery timing available for your destination.

If your tracking information shows that delivery was attempted, incomplete address, no safe location, undeliverable, and/or returned to sender, please contact the carrier immediately with your tracking information and complete delivery address. The carrier will assist you in resolving the issue. Packages refused due to incorrect delivery address or without prior contact with us，will not be processed, so please confirm the correct address when placing an order and track the package in time.
3.Order
Yes. Please email our customer service team service@shangmengnails.com as soon as possible with your order number, and they will assist you with the modification or cancellation.
You can check the status of your order on your account page. To access your account page, click on the person icon located in the upper right corner of shangmengnails.com and log in.
You can enter the code in the discount code box near the end of the checkout process. You can use only one code per order. Gift card code could be used with discount code together.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email our Customer Service team service@shangmengnails.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
4.Returns & Refund & Exchanges
Email service@shangmengnails.com with your order number and, when you can, clear photos of the packaging and the affected nails. Once we've confirmed the issue, you choose: a free replacement in the same style when it's available, the same number of any styles currently in stock, or a refund of what you actually paid for the affected items. If the styles you pick cost more, we cover the difference. If they cost less, we refund the difference. You don't need to send the affected set back. The same applies if an item is lost in transit or becomes unavailable because of a stockout on our end.
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The set needs to be unused and unworn — not glued, filed, or altered, not opened in a way that affects hygiene — complete, and in its original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and match the return to your order. For change-of-mind returns you cover return shipping, and the original shipping you paid is not refunded unless the law requires it. We refund the product amount to your original payment method.
Usually it's a fit question rather than a product defect, so it follows the change-of-mind path above if the set is unused. Every natural nail bed is different, especially if your nails are flatter, wider, or between sizes. Email us anyway — tell us which fingers were off and we'll help you pick a better match next time. Yes. Discounted and bundled orders follow the same rules as any other order. We don't run final-sale exclusions. For a confirmed defect, damage, wrong item, loss, or stockout, the remedy in question 1 applies. For a change of mind, the 30-day return in question 2 applies. Refunds are based on what you actually paid for the affected items.
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we email you and refund your original payment method within one week. If you no longer use the card you paid with, tell us in advance. For a confirmed defect, damage, wrong item, loss, or stockout there is nothing to send back, so we start the remedy as soon as we've confirmed it.
We don't run a separate exchange process. For a confirmed defect, damage, wrong item, loss, or stockout, the choice in question 1 already includes swapping to any styles currently in stock at the same count — that is our exchange. To change or cancel an order, email service@shangmengnails.com as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet we'll do our best to catch it; once it has shipped we may not be able to. We'll always tell you whether a return is needed, so don't send anything back unless we ask.
