3.주문
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it before we process it. Please email our customer service team service@shangmengnails.com as soon as possible with your order number, and they will assist you with the modification or cancellation.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email our Customer Service team service@shangmengnails.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
4.반품 및 환불 및 교환
We are confident that SHANGMENG® high-quality products will give you an unprecedented at-home salon experience and make you fall in love with easy manicures! However, if for any reason you wish to return an eligible, unopened, unused product purchased from smengnail.com, you could send the goods back within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that original shipping will not be refunded or credited.
If you would like to make a return, email us at service@shangmengnails.com specifying your order number and which items you will be returning. The cost of return shipping is covered by buyers.
Once we receive the package, we will carefully inspect all items. SHANGMENG® will not issue refunds for items that arrive at our facility damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Note:
- Sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return.
- All promotional and holiday sale event items are FINAL SALE.
- Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they are unopened, and within the 14 days of delivery, with the exception of special holiday promotions.
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If the product is defective, please contact us at service@shangmengnails.com and we will provide a free replacement set or a gift card equal to the value of the product.
If you have received an incorrect product or a missing product, please contact our customer service center at service@shangmengnails.com with your order number and take a picture of the product you received.
