What you pay
For every destination currently available at checkout, shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $25 USD or more after discounts. Below $25 USD, the regional rate below applies. The rate, delivery estimate, and destination availability shown at checkout are final.
Why regional rates differ
Carrier, distance, and import-processing costs differ by route. We absorb part of fulfillment cost in the U.S. $4.99 rate and Japan $3.99 trial rate to make a first order easier. Canada, Mexico, and the other listed regions remain $6.99. These prices reflect current route costs, not a claim that every destination costs the same to serve.
Processing
We process orders in 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees.

We do not currently ship to U.S. military postal regions AA, AE, or AP. Here, AE is a military postal code; it does not mean the United Arab Emirates.
Recent France delivery observation
In our small recent delivered sample, orders to France arrived in 11–12 calendar days from order to delivery. This describes observed performance and is not a guaranteed delivery window.
European Union import processing
On routes where our carrier charges the approximately €3 import-processing fee, SHANGMENG covers that fee. The approximate amount comes from current carrier route guidance; it does not mean that every duty, tax, or customs charge is included. Any amount payable by you will be shown or communicated for your destination.
