What you pay
For every destination currently available at checkout, shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $25 USD or more after discounts. Below $25 USD, the regional rate below applies. The rate, delivery estimate, and destination availability shown at checkout are final.
For destinations outside the European Union, local customs or the carrier may charge import duties, VAT, or handling fees on delivery; if any are charged, the amount on their official notice applies.
Why regional rates differ
Carrier, distance, and import-processing costs differ by route. The current regional rates are listed below; they reflect current route costs, not a claim that every destination costs the same to serve.
Processing
We process orders in 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Where a delivery window says ‘After Order,’ it includes this processing time. Other delivery estimates follow the wording shown at checkout. All delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Usual delivery estimates (calendar days from order): U.S. mainland 9–14; France and Italy 9–14; Germany 10–14; Spain and the Netherlands 7–11; other EU countries and Switzerland 8–14.
U.S. mainland Priority Shipping
At checkout, customers in the U.S. mainland can choose a faster tracked service. It does not have a guaranteed delivery window, and we do not currently publish a numeric delivery estimate for it.

We do not currently ship to U.S. military postal regions AA, AE, or AP. Here, AE is a military postal code; it does not mean the United Arab Emirates.
Recent France delivery observation
In our small recent delivered sample, orders to France arrived in 11–12 calendar days from order to delivery. This describes observed performance and is not a guaranteed delivery window.
European Union import processing
From July 1, 2026 through July 1, 2028, the EU applies a temporary €3 customs duty to each tariff category declared in a low-value parcel. A typical SHANGMENG press-on nail parcel uses one tariff category. SHANGMENG absorbs this temporary €3 duty; it is not added to your order as a separate charge. Our $6.99 USD base shipping rate remains subsidized, so we still cover part of the combined delivery and import cost. If our EU import costs fall, we'll pass the savings on through lower shipping rates. Other destination-specific taxes or charges may still apply.
