Liquid glue can last up to two weeks. Adhesive tabs are designed for 5-7 days. They are not interchangeable for duration — if you need the set to hold through a full week of daily wear, glue is the right choice.

Tabs lift off without soaking. Glue requires a soak (warm water or acetone) to loosen the bond safely. If you are new to press-ons or want to minimize nail plate contact, tabs are the gentler starting point.
How to apply
- Clean and dry each nail and push back the cuticles.
- Match each nail to its closest size before applying.
- Apply nail glue for up to two weeks of wear, or an adhesive tab for a gentler 5-7 days.
- Press firmly from cuticle to tip for 30 seconds; avoid water for the first 2 hours.
How to remove without damage
- Soak in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes to soften the adhesive.
- Gently lift from one side — never force or peel.
- Buff away any residue and moisturize.
